I could keep going on and on, but you get it.

Sleep is one of the most interesting and challenging aspects of life as a parent, AND... life as a new person! Learning your baby while they learn their body and about the world around them, their level of safety and security, your availability... it can all be so, well, exhausting!

But in this episode I wanted to ease some of the pain by simply focusing on what we CAN control (our mindset), what IS developmentally normal, what IS true when it comes to our babies and their sleep.

I hope it's empowering and helpful for you to listen.

Taylor's Instagram:
@taylorkulik

Taylor's Website:
Taylorkulik.com

My webiste/course:
www.themellowmama.org

My Instagram:
@themellowmama

Support the show
</itunes:summary><itunes:explicit>no</itunes:explicit><itunes:duration>01:17:45</itunes:duration><itunes:image href="https://hosting-media.riverside.com/media/imports/podcasts/94b4e739-0f02-487e-ba53-dd215a6a5eb4/0zzljt3wacs4oztm1wxmn3tz84mo.jpg"/><itunes:season>1</itunes:season><itunes:episode>12</itunes:episode><itunes:title>Approaching Infant and Toddler Sleep in a Conscious Way with Taylor Kulik</itunes:title><itunes:episodeType>full</itunes:episodeType>

Am I the Chillest mom Ever?
