Stop. Breathe. Think. Then move forward.

Whether you're into bushcraft, hiking, camping, hunting, survival, preparedness, or self-reliance, developing the ability to stay calm under pressure is a skill worth practicing.

Support the Podcast & Bushcraft Channel

If you enjoy the podcast, bushcraft videos, and the information I'm sharing, you can help support the work and help me continue creating new content.

☕ Buy Me a Coffee:
https://buymeacoffee.com/BeardedBushcraft

Every bit of support is greatly appreciated and helps keep the podcast and bushcraft content moving forward.

Thank you for being here and supporting The Prepared Patriot.

Preparedness • Bushcraft • Survival • Self-Reliance

#ThePreparedPatriot #Preparedness #Bushcraft #Survival #SelfReliance #MentalPreparedness #SurvivalMindset #BushcraftSkills #Podcast

</itunes:summary><itunes:explicit>no</itunes:explicit><itunes:duration>00:17:57</itunes:duration><itunes:image href="https://hosting-media.riverside.com/media/podcasts/8b685eaf-bff0-4eaf-989b-79fb948133f9/logos/39e44359-590c-4a40-8c22-200f748139f6.png"/><itunes:season>1</itunes:season><itunes:episode>1</itunes:episode><itunes:title>The Psychology of Preparedness: Staying Calm When Everything Goes Wrong</itunes:title><itunes:episodeType>full</itunes:episodeType>

Introduction to The Prepared Patriot

Welcome to The Prepared Patriot Podcast.

This is the home for conversations about preparedness, bushcraft, survival, self-reliance, and the skills that help us become more capable, confident, and prepared for whatever life may bring.

In this introductory episode, we take a moment to introduce the podcast, talk about what inspired it, and explain what you can expect from future episodes.
