Teddy reflects on doing hundreds of solo injections before asking Tanya to tap in, and what it meant to let someone into that space. Tanya shares what it was actually like to give that first shot (hint: her hand was shaking), and they dig into the emotional and relational dynamics that come with asking a partner or friend to help with your HRT. They also get into what to do when injections just aren't working anymore, what the alternatives look like, and how to coach someone through giving a shot to someone they care about.
