Tony is what we would call an "OG" and has been in the fitness industry since the early 2000's. As one of the original partners and founders of Cressey Performance, Tony has worked with everyone from high level athletes to the everyday person who wants to learn how to crush barbell training.

<p>When he’s not picking things up and putting them down himself, he trains people at his studio, CORE, located in Boston, MA. He also contributes to the top fitness magazines and websites around, and sets up a camera in his garage to record his lightsaber skills.</p>
