Because the only two levers I'd ever been handed were see more clients or charge more — and both of them run straight through my own body. I was finally close enough to the ceiling to see it.

In this episode:
• Why owning your practice can still feel like working for everyone but yourself
• The real cost of being the only employee — and why "just raise your rates" is a ceiling, not a solution
• My detour into coaching, and why I refused to abandon being a therapist to scale
• Burnout, redefined: your nervous system's response to stress that never got to complete — and why it is NOT inevitable
• "You might be the one who holds it all. But you don't always have to."

The Regulated CEO is where the two conversations nobody puts together finally meet: the real math of building a practice, and the nervous system underneath it. I'm building this thing in real time — I started my group practice just last year — and I'm documenting all of it. The good, the bad, the ugly.

If you own your business, or you want to, and you're tired of "successful" just meaning more of you — pull up a chair. This isn't a table I'm protecting. Come join it.

🌱 Root & Rise Collective — my group practice
📖 The Regulated CEO on Substack
📍 Which part is running your show?
