It opens with a reading from Genesis 5 about Enoch, who “walked with God, and He was not, for God took Him.” Beloved Enoch then shares how He did it: through love. He poured all His love and adoration into His I AM Presence and would not take no for an answer, and that fiery love burned away everything unlike God. His love caught the attention of Sanat Kumara, the Ancient of Days, whose consuming love raised the vibration of Enoch’s body until, on a simple walk with God, He rose into the higher octaves.

Enoch reminds us that with the light of the Golden Age of Aquarius here now, we can embody our I AM Presence too. As we widen our crystal cords and release the pain in our hearts, more light flows into our cells. Many of us knew Him as our father and grandfather 13,000 years ago, and He offers to teach us personally once again if we linger in the love of our I AM Presence and call to Him.

Lady Master Nada, who ascended through Her loving service to Her family, comes to remind us that only love can bring in the Golden Age. She teaches that our one true purpose is to love our I AM Presence. The threefold flame in our heart is like a direct telephone line, and the crystal cord connects us to our Presence. Each time we pick up that phone with adoration, love glides us up the golden spiral staircase, our love rising and our Presence’s love pouring back in a figure-eight flow. As a mother of love, Nada kisses away the hurts we’ve gathered from a world that forgot its true nature. She asks us to stop getting caught up in the rush and harshness of the world, to let our I AM Presence take command, and to bless with compassion anyone who refuses the love we offer.

Nada tells us that life becomes easy again when everything we do is filled with love, whether we’re washing the dishes or giving a lecture. She encourages us to fill ourselves to overflowing during the conclave by sharing food, stories and laughter, and by drinking in the beauty of the Grand Teton. She shares that her name, Nada, comes from emptying herself of everything that was not love so that her I AM Presence could fill her. She invites us to do the same with the violet flame. As her parting gift, she sends an angel from her bands to each of us to heal the tears and wounds in our heart chakras, restoring them to a perfect, spinning flame of love.

Beloved Krishna, the God of Love, comes with his flute and his twin flame Radha to call us back to the joyful, childlike love that is our true nature. After we fill our auras with pink light, climb the golden spiral staircase to the Royal Teton Retreat and chant the Hare Krishna mantra together, Krishna invites us to dance, sing and play with him. He reminds us of the innocence and wonder we had as children, when our light changed the world around us. His angels, the Gopis, take the burdens from our hearts and turn them into violet flame, and Krishna and Radha wrap us in a swaddling garment of pink light, the comfort of the Holy Spirit.

Krishna then guides us through a breathing meditation. We breathe in his love and breathe out our love joined with his to share with the world, the in-breath and out-breath of God. The pink blends with blue into violet to transmute anything unlike love and restore the original blueprint of who we are. Then we dance with him in a field of flowers as the elementals and angels gather around us. Krishna promises that whenever the world feels heavy, we can call to him and he will lift us back into buoyant joy, because love is all there is.

Welcome to a special series of Teachings of Saint Germain for the Golden Age, featuring recordings from Welcome to the Golden Age of Aquarius, the Golden Spiral Staircase’s inaugural summer conference in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, held June 21–July 4, 2025.

Day 2 of the conclave opens with the theme of devotion: God’s love, and our love for God, our Mighty I AM Presence. Mary Raymakers welcomes us with what’s unfolding at the Royal Teton Retreat. The Karmic Board is gathered for the solstice, and we are now fully in the Age of Aquarius and its light of God freedom. She guides us up the Golden Spiral Staircase, through our I AM Presence, and into the conclave itself, where the Masters are waiting to greet us like we’ve come home.

Clay Wells then shares some of his remarkable stories, beginning with a summer solstice in Alaska 48 years ago, when ten days of pouring out love opened a life-changing experience and connection with his I AM Presence. He talks about how our God Self can’t resist our love, how emotion (energy in motion) gives power to our prayers, and how a call to Jesus carried him safely through an encounter with a grizzly bear. He also shares the meditation from Unveiled Mysteries that has been filling him with joy. Clay guides us through this meditation in a later episode.

This episode is Part 1 of 5 from Day 2.

In this opening episode, Mary Raymakers welcomes participants into the Golden Age of Aquarius and introduces the conference's central purpose: learning to live from the I AM Presence, restoring our divine inheritance, and anchoring the light of the Golden Age of Aquarius.

The evening begins with an introduction to the Garden of Eden through the Ethiopian biblical tradition, accompanied by a special video (linked below). What follows is an extraordinary series of dictations marking a significant moment in the history of the Golden Spiral Staircase, with messages from the Goddess of Liberty, Pallas Athena, Sanat Kumara, El Morya, and Enoch.

The Goddess of Liberty speaks of humanity's original divine nature and the pathway back to the consciousness of light. Pallas Athena announces Her sponsorship of the Golden Spiral Staircase and renews the ancient invitation of Delphi: "Know Thyself as God."

Sanat Kumara offers a deeply personal message of gratitude to the souls who accompanied Him to Earth, establishing a connection through the Golden Spiral Staircase to the Royal Teton Retreat. El Morya and Enoch also announce Their sponsorship; speaking of divine will, the power of love, and the sacred responsibility of bringing light into the world.

Throughout these dictations, one invitation resounds: renew yourself in the light of these teachings, reclaim your divine inheritance, and allow your I AM Presence to illuminate your life.

In this fascinating Q&A session, Saint Germain explores the nature of the unseen world and offers practical teachings on spiritual discernment, energetic protection, and the soul's journey after death. Topics include the difference between souls, entities, and demons; how to recognize energies that are not your own; what occurs during the life review after death; and the role of angels in helping souls find their way home.

The discussion also explores energetic attachments, mass consciousness fields, the importance of knowing your own thoughts, and simple spiritual practices for maintaining a higher vibration. Throughout the conversation, listeners are encouraged to cultivate self-awareness, strengthen their connection to the Divine Presence within, and become conscious participants in the raising of humanity's collective consciousness.

In this dictation, the group explores how solar activity, spiritual forces, and unseen support from the cosmos are accelerating human awakening—followed by a powerful testimony from a man who experienced profound spiritual encounters while in a coma. We have been unable to relocate Pierre's story, but have permission to share this with you all.

When Saint Germain begins speaking (34 min), He reveals the central teaching:
the heart is the true instrument of transformation. Through the threefold flame within the heart—love, wisdom, and power—each person has the ability to influence reality, uplift others, and contribute to the shift into a higher consciousness. Peppered with profound listener questions, and violet and heart flame decrees, this episode is a warming return to the energy of the heart.

The group begins this night by listening to Irish Music. If you feel called to join in that part, follow the link here to attune to the Celtic and Elemental Realms.

In this joyous return of Spring time energy, Saint Germain guides you into the sacred rhythm of Spring—a season of the soul’s reawakening. He describes the subtle influx of light, the “Resurrection Spiral,” that stirs life from within, calling each of us to consciously choose what seeds we will plant for the year ahead. This is a time of discernment, He says: to release what no longer serves, and to intentionally cultivate qualities of the higher self—kindness, patience, presence, and truth. With the anchoring of Golden Age energy on Earth, these seeds now carry an accelerated potency, allowing transformation to unfold more quickly than ever before.

The teaching emphasizes that growth is not passive. One must persevere through inner resistance, egoic doubt, and external challenge, holding a clear vision of what is truly desired. Through devotion to your I AM Presence, practicing prayer, decrees, and time in nature strengthen the inner light, allowing one to remain steady even amidst strong external personalities or chaos. Life becomes a co-creative dance—where intention, surrender, and imagination meet, and what once felt distant begins to take form with surprising ease.

At the 1:03 mark, Saint Patrick comes to speak, and He joyously reveals the true essence of His day. Beyond cultural festivities, He describes Saint Patrick's Day as a doorway into childlike joy—the remembrance of the soul’s innocence, playfulness, and connection to life itself. Irish music carries a frequency that awakens this state, He shares, reconnecting us to the elemental world—fairies, devas, and the living aspects of nature. This childlike Presence should not be deemed naïveté, but is powerful way to move through life, restoring wonder, dissolving heaviness, and even softening hardened hearts.

Saint Patrick reframes his legendary act of “driving out the snakes,” explaining that it symbolized standing firmly against darker forces and falsehoods. In the same way, you are invited to find your voice—to speak truth when called, not from aggression, but from your I AM Presence. True strength arises from alignment with the soul, not from over forcing.

The episode closes as both Masters invite listeners into a way of living that is mystical and deeply practical: to sow seeds consciously, to dream boldly, to stay rooted in joy, and to remember that awakening is at hand, and Spring is the joyous opportunity to return to life again.

In this 1st teaching of a 3 part series, Saint Germain explores what it is to live masterfully during this pivotal time on Earth. With historical examples and present-day challenges, He teaches how ego can quietly derail even the most powerful soul, and how steady alignment with the I AM Presence is the way forward. The coming Golden Age, He explains, is not something that just arrives — it is brought forth by individuals who consistently embody their divine qualities, gathering light through conscious intention, discipline, and daily choice.

The conversation becomes deeply practical as he addresses listeners questions, emotional triggers, unconscious reactions, meditation, and the art of remaining aware in charged moments. Mastery is not perfection; it is the willingness to return to consciousness again and again. Whether navigating conflict, ambition, or questions of abundance, the real work is maintaining the same inner steadiness regardless of outer circumstances.

Homework:

As a simple and powerful practice, listeners are encouraged to do a daily gratitude journal. Offering at least one thing in your list, that is a challenge in your life, and He teaches us to find a way to be grateful for it.

In this expansive and deep teaching, Saint Germain invites listeners to reconsider one of the most foundational beliefs about humanity — that we are merely human. Challenging the doctrine of original sin and the idea of powerlessness, He reminds us that we were created as divine beings, “Gods and Goddesses in the making,” who have temporarily forgotten our true nature. Through a rich dialogue on belief systems, karma, and spiritual responsibility, He explains how our thoughts and convictions either tether us to limitation or accelerate our awakening.

Saint Germain reframes the idea that “Jesus died for our sins,” revealing instead a path of mastery, personal accountability, and compassionate strength. He speaks to the importance of meeting opposing belief systems with common ground rather than confrontation, and reminds listeners that the world’s turmoil is ultimately an opportunity to remain anchored in your own I AM Presence.

Portia closes the dictation given this evening by emphasizing surrender and opportunity — that when we operate from our divine identity rather than fear or ego, doors open, relationships transform, and even the smallest daily acts of kindness become sacred service.

In this heart-centered teaching, Saint Germain offers a living understanding of the Resurrection. He reminds us that the resurrection is not a distant religious event, but is a natural, repeating spiral of consciousness available to everyone, especially a product of nature during the spring season. He weaves together practical guidance on boundaries, emotional sovereignty, and self-trust with a deeper explanation of the seasonal rhythms of life: winter as inward reflection, spring as rebirth, summer as expansion, and fall as integration. Saint Germain explains the Resurrection Flame as a pearlescent flame that lifts consciousness upward, renewing vitality, joy, and creative power when we align with it consciously. This episode is an invitation to come back to life—again and again—by choosing presence, honoring cycles, and living from the truth of who you are.

In this teaching, Saint Germain explores the nature of twin flames, explaining how souls recognize their divine counterpart and how unresolved karma can sometimes complicate even the deepest spiritual connections. He emphasizes that personal spiritual growth, rather than searching outside oneself, is the key to preparing for any sacred relationship.

The conversation then turns toward practical spirituality: building discipline, creating lasting habits, and cultivating constancy in meditation and spiritual practice. Saint Germain encourages listeners to take small daily steps rather than seeking dramatic transformation, reminding us that mastery is built through consistent effort over time.

A central theme of the evening is abundance consciousness. Through stories of answered prayers, unexpected opportunities, and personal breakthroughs, listeners are invited to move beyond fear, scarcity, and judgment. Saint Germain teaches that gratitude, trust, and alignment with one's Higher Self create the conditions for greater flow, opportunity, and fulfillment. Even life's challenges become gateways for growth when approached with gratitude and a willingness to learn the lesson hidden within them.

This episode begins with Mary sharing some of her personal story, and then gives a history and teaching of who Lord Maitreya is. He is the Lord of World, and is considered the most highly evolved being associated with the planet. Every single person on this planet has a thread of light from our Hearts, to His, where He is feeding us loving kindness 24/7.

The dictation begins at 10:30.

He reveals how the I AM Presence, when united with the heart of compassion and wisdom, restores clarity, freedom, and true spiritual mastery. Through teachings on karma, ascension, and the Christ consciousness, Maitreya reminds us that each soul is here by choice — not to be saved, but to be the saving presence through love in action. This message is both a remembrance and a call to action: to live heaven on Earth, one awakened heart at a time.

Saint Germain returns to discuss managing bad moods through the violet flame and positive distractions. Students ask questions about the origins of evil on Earth, the role of the Anunnaki, and the impact of the fall in the Heaven world on the planet's evolution.

In this summer solstice dictation, Saint Germain and Portia, The Goddess of Justice and Opportunity speak.  Portia speaks on behalf of the Karmic Board, during Their biannual solstice gathering, She reveals how karma, consciousness, and divine identity shape both our lives and the future of the planet.

Karma is not punishment, but energy returning to be transformed. Every challenge is either a test or an opportunity to clear the past and step more fully into your true nature.

As the world moves through intensity and change, what often feels like a challenge is also coupled with a great influx of light also arriving. The Golden Age  is already beginning. And it is built through your thoughts, your beliefs, and the God-qualities you embody each day.

The invitation is simple: stay connected to your I AM Presence, focus on what you wish to create, and become a living expression of heaven on earth.

In this expansive teaching, Saint Germain speaks to the rhythm of life and the necessity of honoring cycles of rest, renewal, and expansion. As spring approaches, he explains that a powerful acceleration is underway, which will amplify whatever we place our attention upon. This makes discernment, self-care, and conscious focus more important than ever.

Listeners are guided to release self-judgment during periods of quiet or contraction, to recognize the wisdom of nature’s ebb and flow, and to nourish the subconscious with uplifting influences that gently raise vibration. Saint Germain emphasizes that taking time for oneself is not indulgent, but essential. Without the in-breath, joy, clarity, and sustainable creation are impossible.

This episode offers practical spiritual guidance on meditation, managing the “monkey mind,” celebrating small manifestations, and surrounding oneself with supportive, life-affirming relationships. Above all, it is an invitation to slow down, dream boldly, and align with the natural rhythm through which the Golden Age is meant to unfold—both individually and collectively.

In this teaching Saint Germain returns to the foundational practice of gratitude as a tool for mastery. He asks participants to write five gratitudes on a daily basis, and teaches how this practice shifts consciousness out of judgment and into neutrality, allowing external circumstances to lose their power over you. When you stop labeling life as “good” or “bad,” you begin stepping into your I AM Presence and living as the creator of your world, and leaving victim consciousness behind. Gratitude becomes the first step in building spiritual momentum—the same steady momentum by which a child learns to walk.

He shares that Earth is a schoolroom, and that each soul is here to master specific qualities of God. Through tests, especially during the solstice cycles, we are invited to refine ourselves, by watching our reactions, dissolving defensiveness, and swallowing what is often the “bitter pill” of truth without self-condemnation. Saint Germain offers profound reassurance: no Master ever beats you up. Your Holy Christ Self stands beside you in compassion, guiding growth through love, not shame.

The episode expands with some student questions. Saint Germain shares that your beliefs shape your experience; which shapes your perception and determines your world. By closely examining your beliefs, choosing gratitude, speaking truth without violence, and using prayer as an act of God power, you actively participate in bringing forth the Golden Age.

In this special episode from Holy Thursday 2025 Jesus comes to the group to share His Mantle with you. The episode begins with Saint Germain speaking to the reality of this moment on Earth: a crossing into the Golden Age, where both light and chaos coexist as old energies dissolve. Rather than becoming entangled in disturbance, we are instructed to remain within the “Golden Egg”—a field of golden light that protects, stabilizes, and elevates the soul.

The focus then turns to Holy Week as a time of profound renewal. The resurrection is happening now within each person willing to receive it. We are all reminded that we are not here to wait for salvation, but to embody it. Each soul carries a responsibility: to anchor the Golden Age into physical reality through our embodiment of our Christ Self.

Jesus brings a most intimate message to each of us. In a powerful moment, He passes his mantle directly to you, the listener. This is a call to action, and a power moment. You are no longer the follower. You are the one who carries the torch. The Christ is not separate self, it is your identity when you are united with your Higher Self. These are the unique qualities of God, that you are here to embody and share on Earth.

The invitation is clear: live it, embody it, and share it.

Reflection Work:

Jesus asks us to reflect on the following over the coming week through Easter:

What does it mean for me personally to carry the mantle of Christ in my life right now?

What unique quality do I bring to this mantle that no one else can?

How can I share my light with the world?

In this dictation, Saint Germain brings Pallas Athena, The Goddess of Truth. She explains that truth is absolute and essential for a golden age, She urges the listener to visualize and call upon Her for guidance. Pallas Athena, holds significant knowledge for ushering in a Golden Age and is passionate, and yet grounded in Her message. She teaches the listener on the importance of self-knowledge, referencing the ancient Delphic maxims "Know thyself" and "Know Thyself as God."

Pallas Athena emphasizes the value of maintaining high consciousness and inner stillness during challenging times, likening it to being able to interpret a still reflection on water. Pallas Athena is a warrior Goddess, and Her message is powerful and resonating. This is a time on Earth where we need to demand the truth, and She offers Her help for discernment and identifying nuances.

In this 3rd dictation on a series of teachings about gratitude, Saint Germain reminds listeners of the profound love the spiritual realms hold for humanity and encourages us all to remember our divine origin. Each individual carries different qualities of God within us, and the purpose of spiritual practice is to begin living those qualities more fully in everyday life. The Golden Age is not something that appears suddenly from outside; it is created when individuals begin to embody divine consciousness while living on Earth.

One of the simplest and most powerful tools for this transformation is the practice of gratitude. Saint Germain asks the students to write down 5 things each day they are grateful for—not only the obvious blessings, but also situations that seem difficult or unpleasant. These challenging moments often contain the deepest lessons for the soul. When a person learns to recognize the hidden gift within hardship, they begin to shift their consciousness from reaction to mastery.

Saint Germain also teaches students to pour their hearts out to their I AM Presence, speaking to their God Presence as freely and honestly as they would with their very best friend. In doing so, the student begins to develop a living relationship with the Divine rather than simply studying spiritual ideas. Through practices like gratitude and reflection, each experience in life becomes a wonderful teacher, guiding the soul toward greater wisdom and mastery.

Homework:

Each day, write down 5 things you are grateful for. Include not only the obvious blessings in your life, but also situations that feel challenging or uncomfortable. These moments often carry the deepest lessons for the soul.

Reflection Prompt:

Saint Germain reminds us that the qualities of God live within every human being. Take a few moments to reflect on the divine qualities you most wish to embody in your life right now. Is it wisdom, compassion, strength, courage, patience, or love?

Ask your I AM Presence to help you to find your God qualities and to express that quality more fully in your daily life.

Mary gives a long summary in the beginning of this episode about who the Ascended Masters are, some of the history of how Saint Germain has communicated with beings on Earth through the I AM Movement, and gives some history on Saint Germain and the journey of the 144,000, and why they came to Earth.

The dictation begins at 18:30 mins.

In this dictation, Saint Germain speaks on the anchoring of the Golden Age into the physical body of the Earth and what this means for humanity at this pivotal moment. He reminds listeners that they are not waiting for a savior — they are the return of the Christ, called to live from their I AM Presence and embody their God-given nature as creators. Through teachings on freedom, the Violet Flame, balance between the masculine and feminine, and conscious choice, Saint Germain offers both cosmic perspective and practical guidance for staying anchored in higher consciousness during times of upheaval. An invitation to remember, reconnect, and actively participate in the co-creation of the Golden Age.

In this thoughtful and wide-ranging Q&A, Saint Germain explores the question of plant medicine through the lens of consciousness rather than controversy. The conversation moves into direct questions about substances, ceremonial plant teachers, adaptogenic mushrooms, and the growing cultural fascination with altered states.

Rather than issuing rigid rules, Saint Germain frames the discussion around intention, vibration, and sovereignty. He distinguishes between ceremonial mastery of plant medicine and recreational use, emphasizing that true ascension is not about escape, but is expanding one’s awareness through alignment with the I AM Presence. The episode ultimately invites listeners to consider whether they seek temporary elevation or lasting transformation — and offers a guided meditation that brings listeners into direction communion with their own I AM.

Saint Germain introduces in this episode one of the central tenets to his teachings for the Golden Age. You are a God or Goddess in the making. He describes that we are all made in the image and likeness of God, which means, that we possess the same qualities of God, love, kindness, compassion, healing, wisdom and so forth. Everyone has specific God-qualities that they are here to master, and getting in touch with those is how you become a God or Goddess. Saint Germain teaches how to catch yourself in the ego, and how to know when you're not in your God-Self.

The discussion also touches on the concept of duality in the human belief systems, the prophecy of a Golden Age where evil is removed, and Earth's destiny to become a Freedom Star, complementing Venus as the Love Star. Saint Germain emphasizes the importance of getting to know our God and Goddess qualities, which will also raise the planet's vibration and lift Earth into the Golden Age.

In this dictation Saint Germain speaks with the group about how each individual can have an impact on the planet as a whole. He reminds us how embodying our God Qualities are the ways that we shine out in the world. He speaks about His own path, including His final embodiment as Francis Bacon, where He was denied His birthright, the throne of England. He speaks about overcoming challenges in life, and how He got through very hard times as well.

Saint Germain reminds us whatever we send out will come back to us through the law of attraction, whether that's anger, hatred, love or kindness.

The students asked questions about twin flames, eternal youth and immortality, what the ascension will mean for Earth as well.

At the end of the dictation, Beloved Portia and Omega came to bless one of the students on her birthday and to share about the what it is to be the embodiment of the Mother.

He explains the mechanics of formal and informal prayer, the power of intention, and how working consciously with color, especially the Violet Flame, supports personal and planetary transformation. Saint Germain also offers a compassionate framework for understanding human evolution, free will, and why simple acts of kindness and authenticity are among the most powerful forces for change. This episode is both a teaching and a comfort—reminding listeners that they are not alone, that their light matters, and that the Golden Age is built through everyday co-creation, one sincere heart at a time.

In this Lovely Holy Week gathering, Saint Germain weaves together teachings, answers questions from the group and begins with a reminder that transformation does not come through argument, but through love and finding common ground.

Saint Germain answers an array of questions about orbs, unseen beings, kundalini energy, and the structure of the chakras, He emphasizes preparation and purification — explaining how unresolved “debris” in the aura can be amplified through forceful spiritual practices rather than healed. The teaching deepens into the symbol of the “woman clothed with the sun,” representing the soul who has balanced masculine and feminine energies and embodies divine light in physical form.

The conversation shares violet flame mantras as a tool of transmutation, the power of spoken prayer to direct vibration into the world and the resurrection light as a living flame in the Spring — not just a historical event during Jesus's return to life. Saint Germain closes by sharing that Heaven on Earth is not abstract and hard to find, it is the embodied experience of joy, presence, and conscious use of your divine qualities in daily life.

In this expansive and deeply practical teaching, Saint Germain and Serapis Bey offer concrete tools for spiritual mastery in everyday life. Saint Germain focuses on self-esteem, boundaries, and consciousness—showing how staying connected to the I AM Presence depends on recognizing when we slip into unconscious reactions and how to return to center. Together, they present a grounded, compassionate roadmap for living consciously, cleaning up karma, fulfilling one’s mission, and contributing to the unfolding Golden Age—one choice at a time.

Saint Germain brings Serapis Bey in to the conversation at 1:06 time stamp. Serapis Bey is an Ascended Master who serves the Ascension flame. He is the Master who helps every human make their final ascension and graduate from Earth. His Spiritual Retreat is at the Luxor Temple in Egypt.

In this dictation, Saint Germain explains why the planet feels so heavy at this moment and why those who are awakening now chose to be here. He teaches the ancient story of Sanat Kumara, the 144,000, and the Threefold Flame—revealing how humanity was rescued from total darkness and why light-bearers incarnated to help restore balance. Saint Germain offers practical guidance on navigating dense energies, protecting one’s light, practicing true self-care, and understanding the sacred guru–chela relationship as a living exchange of support and upliftment. This dictation is both a remembrance of ancient purpose and a compassionate manual for staying steady, luminous, and sovereign during a time of planetary transformation. Mary reads from a book called "The Legend of The Ancient of Days", which tells Sanat Kumara's story in beautiful prose.
