In this episode, Stephen Armstrong, Head of IT, and Sarah Hutton, Senior Marketing Executive, sit down to talk about what it’s like to work at Smiley Monroe: the people, the pace, and the culture that ties it all together.

They talk through our Hi5 Company Values and what they look like day to day:

• Problem Solving
• Safe Place to Work
• One Big Family
• Close to Our Customers
• Determined to Succeed

They also cover why culture isn’t just an internal thing. How we work together shapes every conveyor belt, every cut part and every conversation our customers have with us.

Whether you work in our industry, you’re thinking about joining the team, or you’re just curious about what goes on behind the belts, this one’s for you.

Follow Beyond the Belt so you don’t miss the next episode.
