We are two neurodivergent mums in our 40s who found answers later in life, living on two different continents, who spent most of our lives masking Autism and ADHD — until our children’s diagnoses helped us finally understand our own neurodivergence. 

Between tears and with a wink, we are navigating life, motherhood, healing from decades of misunderstanding, and rebuilding our lives in midlife.

This is a raw and deeply relatable podcast exploring the unfiltered reality of being a neurodivergent woman — discovering Autism, ADHD and AuDHD later in life, unmasking after years of hiding who we truly are, and finding a new understanding of ourselves.
