This week, Big Cat and Berge welcome Ottawa's own Stefanie McKeough, Assistant Coach of the Boston Fleet of the PWHL, for an awesome conversation about the game of hockey and where it's headed.

Stefanie shares her journey from playing minor hockey in Ottawa, to competing in the NCAA, to helping lead one of the premier teams in professional women's hockey. We talk about the rapid growth of the PWHL, the opportunities now available for female athletes, and the incredible impact the league is having on the next generation of girls who can now dream of playing professionally.

After hockey talk, the boys switch gears and chat about Big Cat's new single, "Everything I Asked For," now streaming everywhere. We talk music, creativity, summer plans, and what's coming next for Snappin' It Around as the podcast continues to grow.

It's an inspiring conversation, plenty of laughs, and one of our favourite episodes of the season.

A true film buff with razor-sharp wit, Andy brings his encyclopedic movie knowledge to the mic as we test his flick facts, swap cinema stories, and share a ton of laughs along the way.

From cult classics to comedy gold, this episode is for anyone who loves a good movie and a great laugh. Whether you’re into indie gems, blockbuster trivia, or just want to hear two locals geek out over film, you’re in for a fun ride.

🎬 Lights. Camera. Laughs.
Let’s roll!

This week we’re catching up on not one, but two golf trips:
⛳️ Turning Stone in Syracuse, NY
⛳️ The Cabot Trail Experience in Cape Breton

And for the first time ever, we’ve got a live guest in studio! 🏆 Ryan Martineau joins us fresh off his big win and the honor of rocking the Plaid Jacket from Turning Stone.

We talk golf, mix in some sports, share a bunch of laughs, and keep it light as always.

⚠️ Fair warning: we ran into some tech issues this week and only had two mics rolling. We didn’t want to waste the episode (or Ryan’s victory lap), so you’re getting it raw and unfiltered. Back to basics and crystal clear in Episode 7!

Grab a drink, have some laughs, and snap it around with us.

In this special short-form episode, Big Cat, Berge, and River sit down to work through the emotions, shock, and whirlwind surrounding the Brady Tkachuk trade. What does it mean for the Ottawa Senators? How should fans feel? And where does the organization go from here?

No hot takes for the sake of hot takes. Just two lifelong Sens fans trying to make sense of one of the biggest moments in franchise history.

A quick conversation about leadership, loyalty, the business of hockey, and what's next for the team we all care about.

Thanks for listening.

Go Sens Go.

We’re back with another beauty — and this one’s got some serious NHL flavour.

This week, we welcome special guest and former Ottawa Senator Chris Wideman to the show. We catch up with Chris on everything from the intensity of the NHL playoffs to his time in Ottawa, sharing stories, insights, and what life looks like for him now.

Berge and Big Cat keep the hockey talk rolling, snapping it around with playoff takes, Sens chatter, and the kind of banter you’ve come to expect — loose, honest, and full of laughs.

Plus, we introduce a brand new sponsor to the show… and yeah, that means prizes are officially in play.

Hockey, stories, laughs, and a few surprises — this is one you don’t want to miss.

We’ve talked about doing this for ages—so we finally hit RECORD. Every episode, we’re bringing you unfiltered conversations about professional sports, music, life in Ottawa, and whatever else gets us going. We’re not polished, we’re not pros—we’re just two guys who love to talk, debate, and have a laugh.

As we get rolling, expect some top-tier guests—professional athletes, local media, business owners, musicians, and more. Whether we’re breaking down the latest sports drama, talking music, or sharing stories from around the city, we promise 45 minutes of pure entertainment.

If you like to laugh and love a good chat, you’re in the right spot. Welcome to Snappin’ It Around!

This week, the crew welcomes a new face (and voice) to the mix—Shawn “The River” LaRiviere. The man behind the social media magic finally steps into the spotlight, and let’s just say… he fits right in.

We get to know River, how he got involved with the show, and what makes him tick—along with some stories you probably won’t see on the socials.

Berge breaks down his roadie trips to Cleveland and Buffalo, giving a behind-the-scenes look at life on the road, hockey vibes in different cities, and a few laughs along the way.

Of course, it wouldn’t be Snappin’ It Around without some puck talk—covering the latest in hockey—and the conversation quickly shifts into classic territory with debates on after-school snacks and a little love for The Simpsons.

It’s a laid-back episode packed with laughs, stories, and the kind of banter that feels like you’re right there with the boys.

Kick back, have a laugh, and snap it around with us!
