Bloody Legends takes one Kiwi an episode and goes three days deep. Explorers, athletes, war heroes, larrikins, scientists, crooks. Some you grew up with. Some got quietly written out. All of them stranger than the plaque suggests.

Charlie hosts, mostly on his own, which means telling the yarn and then stopping halfway through to argue with it. Because a fair bit of what we all reckon we know about our own history turns out to be shakier than we'd like.
