A fierce competitor, she utilizes her background in cross country to dominate in any endurance endeavor...including her latest obsession- HYROX. Megan runs a successful real estate practice while co-owning the studio, bringing her dance, pilates and previous studio manager experience to the WORK team. Jeff is a 20+ year firefighter with the LAFD and splits his time between running WORK in Idaho and running calls for the fire department in Los Angeles. Together they bring three different lanes into one conversation: training and performance, entrepreneurship, and the discipline it takes to keep all of it moving forward.

Expect episodes on strength and conditioning programming, common myths and fallacies of different training regimens, HYROX-specific training and race prep, the business side of owning a gym, coaching philosophy, and the invisible mindset work that leads some to fail and others to soar. Conversations get technical, breaking down training protocols, periodization, and what actually WORKs... Others are more personal: balancing family, faith and ambition, or the reality of running a small business while chasing your own goals.

This is a real look at what progress costs, the setbacks, the wins, and everything in between.
