Next, I discuss some barriers that I've noticed that may keep someone from seeking out a therapist. From there, I offer some tips on how to find a mental health clinician and get the most out of your time with them. I also give some basic background to the various mental health professionals one could seek out if they needed help.<br /><br />All of this I serve up with some experience, education, and a few cringe-worthy cheesy moments that I didn't have time to edit out.
