It’s a question plenty of scaffolders ask at some point in their career.

In this episode, Ben and Simon are joined by Lee Buckley, Managing Director of Buckley Design Solutions, and Tony Nicolaisen, Technical Authority for Altrad in Denmark, to talk about what happens when a scaffolder decides to move into design.

Lee and Tony took very different routes to get there. One went back to college while working on the tools. The other taught himself engineering principles, learned the software and built on his practical experience.
